If you have questions about your specific country, have trouble with your shipping address upon checkout, or are looking to receive an order outside of USPS’s country listing (additional shipping charges may occur if delivery is requested via a different carrier than USPS), please contact us at shop@sasquatchchronicles.com.

PLEASE NOTE: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and the shipping method you selected upon checkout. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Some pre-ordered products may take longer.

Because we are a very small operation with limited resources and storage space, some orders may take up to 30 days or longer to package and ship (ex: Some items are printed-to-order, and require a lead time from our screenprinting partner). Once we process your order, we will update you with any pertinent information regarding your expected delivery date if there is a delay.

You will be notified once your order has been processed and shipped via email to the email address you provided upon checkout. The notification email will include tracking information (if applicable).

*Please note: Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to be updated through USPS. USPS First Class Mail does NOT provide tracking numbers.  If you received your tracking number more than 3 business days ago and are still receiving an error message, please contact us at shop@sasquatchchronicles.com and we’ll investigate further.

Because of this, Sasquatch Chronicles Shop has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
